Cancellation Policy

By purchasing any Holistic Healing & Coaching services or packages from Prophetic Destiny LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Coaching Commitment: Holistic Healing & Coaching is a collaborative and transformative process, but results are not guaranteed. Success depends on your commitment and active participation in the process. Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your coaching sessions or package. Refund Policy: Coaching packages and services are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete your package, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package’s validity period (see rescheduling policy). Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations without sufficient notice will be forfeited and not refunded. Confidentiality: All coaching sessions are private and confidential. However, legal exceptions (e.g., harm to self or others) may apply.
